Massive Earthquake hits Northern Japan

afp.google.com — 10 minutes ago TOKYO (AFP) — A strong earthquake measuring 6.8 on the Richter scale shook northern Japan early Thursday, the Japanese meteologial Agency said. The tremor struck after midnight in northern Aomori prefecture on the northern part of the main Japanese island of Honshu.
