Marine cleared over Iraq killings

- RHMiller, on 06/05/2008, -2/+17Military tribunals are a lot tougher on the accused than civilian courts (less leeway for the defense), so, this is a strong victory. But that won't matter to the military haters who will claim that the military courts are corrupt and let "our soldiers get away with murder". Then in the same breath they will argue that Kalik Sheik Mohammed is not being treated fairly because military courts are too tough. Just wait.
