Man with 22 suspensions arrested for driving past procession

newsday.com — When he was stopped at Exit 51 on the Long Island Expressway, police said Timothy O'Connor, 31, told them he was trying to get ahead of the procession -- which he told the arresting officer was for his friend's grandfather.
