Man tried to burn down estranged family members' building

chicagotribune.com — Philippe Silencieux, 57, of the 1300 block of Pitner Avenue in Evanston set fire to a building on the 700 block of Brummel Street in the north suburb on Sunday night, police said. They said the occupants were Silencieux's estranged relatives but declined to give details.
