Man facing charges in wreck that killed 2 in Dallas

dallasnews.com — Leonardo Mendoza, 23, is being held in the Dallas County Jail. Bond had not yet been set. Authorities said Eleuterio Dominguez, 24, of Dallas died at the scene. His passenger, Bertin Marcial, 38, was taken to a local hospital where he died from neck injuries. A second passenger suffered broken ribs.
