Man charged with killing Pierce County couple (Washington State)
seattletimes.nwsource.com — A former Massachusetts prison inmate accused of fatally shooting his newlywed neighbors last weekend in Pierce County was charged today with two counts of aggravated first-degree murder. Tavares was released from a Boston-area maximum-security prison in June after serving 16 years for manslaughter in the slaying of his mother with a carving knife.
