Man charged in two Freeport brick break-ins

newsday.com — First Squad detectives on Wednesday night arrested Alexis Collado, 24, of 95 North Broadway, Freeport, at his home and charged him with the burglaries. Collado threw a brick through the front window of the AAA Deli & Grocery, at 54 Bedell St., last Friday at 4:33 a.m., grabbed the cash register and hauled it behind another business, police said.
