Man Dies After Getting Shot 14 Times In West Phila.

nbc10.com — Philadelphia police said a 21-year-old man is dead after being shot 14 times inside a car. It happened at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the Parkside neighborhood of Philadelphia. In an unrelated incident, a 15-year-old teen was shot in the back and shoulders near 35th and Randolph streets. He was in critical condition at Temple University Hospital.
