Malaysia "National Broadband Plan" is a joke?

aren-fly.blogspot.com — Broadband? we should called it Narrowband! with the slow speed and bad connection for broadband in Malaysia we should labeled it that. And now, Malaysia government come out with the national broadband plan which its target is to provide the high speed broadband penetration in Malaysia. I hope there will be an improvement here
