nhregister.com — NEW HAVEN — Carlos Juarez was waiting for his ride Tuesday like he does almost every morning before dawn and got two bullets in his side for his trouble.His lunch box may have saved his life.

    2: If in a really bad neighborhood, don't use a lunchbox or anything else that draws attention to you. Better yet, carpool.
