Parernts have also had their hands tied by the Tree Huggers, Democraps, and those making a paycheck off of the words ADD< ADHD, ETC>
If these kids would of had their butts beat, shamed and humiliated, and taught the embarrasssmentr of harming another human being, just for their sadistic carnivarous, jollys. We would notbe having this problem. But for some reason, Like Obama some looney thought you could talk to these 2 legged animals.
Obama is for this type of stupidity with those who want to slit our throats.
And they are wettingtheir pants atthe thought of fresh kills. Meaning the USA.
Obama is the perfect example of our socialist . communist education system and liberal thinking .
If it feels good and you want it, if it means the loss of humanity, if you get you 2 second thrill, go for it.
Some one else will pick up the tab, hell their are plenty of suckers out there. Just look at the honest hardworking taxpayer, and look at the millions of scabs he is forced to keep scabs.

The problem is, though, that nothing will ever be done to correct the problem.
Mentally deficient, clueless men and women will continue to breed offspring who will be allowed to do anything they want, any time they want, and any where they want without fear of judgment or consequences. If they're lucky, they will have at least one biological parent to be around some of the time the child is present. If they're not lucky, they'll be shuffled off to a foster home or an equally incompetent relative who will be in mortal fear of criticism because they raised their voice at such child, or gave them a swift kick in the ass to correct bad/unacceptable/anti-social or otherwise negative behavior.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again -- liberalism and political correctness will result in the slow and painful death of this country.

ANYWAY, this behavior is nothing new and has gone on for generation after generation. I too experienced A LOT of bullying in elementary and high school. Although I am female, it was not the females who made my life the most miserable. For the record, BOYS ARE BULLIES TOO! I agree it needs to be taken more seriously.
This article is written with a slant toward the female bully but the reality is that all children bully to a certain extent until they experience the same treatment and learn a lesson. - bigot, on 06/24/2008, -2/+1I was taught to fight by my father before I started kindergarten. I was also told if I was caught bullying anyone he would take my pants down and strap me on the ass at school. Well I never got strapped but I sure bloodied a lot of noses. I taught my 4 boys and 1 girl the same way. The strap was used a few times but never twice on the same kid. For some reason the school district loved me,I wonder why. When boys are not allowed to be boys and taught to handle their own problems they become victims to bullies. The same can be said of girls. When you teach them to fight they exude confidence and are usually passed up by bullies for easier targets.
