The first rule with anyone caught carrying a knife is if the are an immigrant, then they should be deported within 24 hours, no appeal, tough luck mate. If they are under 16 then 1 warning, 2nd time, deport the whole family. That will up the parental pressure applied to foreign kids to stop carrying knifes.
There is a Black Elephant in the room, British people you better take not for your own safety. Stop listening to those that tell you that the world is flat, the worm tongues of political correct have poisoned your minds (and stolen your wealth, not that you have noticed that yet either) equality is fools gold idea. Bring back Patriotism, its the only thing that can bind a society together.
