Judge: Release Detained Chinese Muslims To U.S.

npr.org — The Bush administration suffered another dramatic loss in court on Tuesday over its handling of Guantanamo detainees. A federal judge has ordered the release of 17 detainees into the U.S. The detainees are Chinese Muslims, known as Uighurs.
