dreamindemon.com — Wyandotte, OK - Cellner, 23, is accused of burning his girlfriend ’s two-year-old son from neck to knees, front and back. The toddler has third degree burns, some of which have already required skin grafts. Even worse? It took five days for the child to get medical help.
