Japanese Police Ask ISPs for Help in Reducing Suicides
arstechnica.com — Instructions found online on how to kill oneself by extracting hydrogen sulphide out of bath salts are responsible for close to 50 suicide attempts in Japan over the last month. The police have asked ISPs to remove the information from the Internet.

Maybe people wouldn't be looking to off themselves so much if there were some fundamental changes in... well, whatever's causing it.
