I understand that there is no excuse for this kind of action, and I hope the soldier sits in the brig for a very long time, BUT...He gave the guy a boo boo toe with a rubber bullet fired from a low velocity riot gun. It was foolish scare tactic, agreed, but does it deserve to be on the front page of Digg, CNN, Yahoo etc? A TOE!!
Search Youtube and you will see many similar actions of people scaring others with low velocity paintball guns, air soft guns, etc. I don't see those making it to the front page of Digg, or CNN, or Yahoo, but a Jew scaring an Arab of course has to make it to the front page. Rubber bullets are real bullets that are coated with rubber. They are lethal, especially at close range. They are not fired from low velocity guns, they are fired from normal guns.
