This one just happened to be caught on video. The soldier will not be punished. When American Rachel Corries was murdered by an Israeli bulldozer driver, there was an "investigation" but no one was punished.

While i'm sure it probably did happen i'm going to be skeptical until i see an unedited version showing the guy actually being shot and falling down all in one scene including what transpired in the gaps.
