- domainlovah, on 05/05/2008, -2/+1Brian, interesting article. I write about Porsche, so this is something that could eventually effect me too. As for Digging your stories, all I can say is that I Digg what I like. With that said, so far I've found most of your content pretty interesting and as a result it usually gets a thumbs up!
- bcuban, on 05/05/2008, -2/+1Porsche is a great example, it has become a generic term like american airlines..... The big difference however would be that different dealerships have different trademark value- a low selling competitor or an online dealer could still infringe the trademark of a high volume dealership by sticking the name of the dealership in its keywords siphoning off the traffic....
- Anglemona, on 05/05/2008, -3/+1Good post thx for link :)
- sportsbooks, on 05/05/2008, -1/+1I think the justice pushed the limits to far. Soon each word would be trademarked by some company and we are not going to allowed to speak without paying. This is ridiculous.
- Lutremi, on 05/05/2008, -1/+1I'll name my company 'The', instant billions!
- doctechnical, on 05/05/2008, -0/+1My competition has so diluted the words Ni, Peng and Neee-wom it's almost impossible for me to get a decent shrubbery these days.
