- rinpoche, on 07/25/2008, -0/+1Here is a similar case in the US where a company, which as been accused of scamming by the Washington Post and LA TImes, goes out and sues a blogger because people's comments on her post about the company:

I dont know all the particulars of your case, but in the publishing world, this does happen. Best thing you can do is stop publishing something that could wind you up in court/debt. Good luck.
