    unfortunately, some petrol states have invested all of their monies in the economy. once the oil stops flowing, so will their economy. their staunch stand on refusing to invest in foreign countries (based on ideologies, not economics) will most certainly spell their collapse. note: russia is not one of them.

    remember, the world will always rebound, but oil will not.
