Iran Training Iraqi Hit Squads To Assassinate US Troops
news.yahoo.com — Iraqi Shiite assassination teams are being trained in at least four locations in Iran by Tehran's elite Quds force and Lebanese Hezbollah and are planning to return to Iraq in the next few months to kill specific Iraqi officials as well as U.S. and Iraqi troops, according to intelligence gleaned from captured militia fighters and other sources

- theNazz, on 08/15/2008, -4/+14Excuse me if I question all 'intel' coming from US sources... Saddam in Iraq and the Taliban in Afghanistan had NOTHING to do with 9/11 yet we invaded both countries.
The US has zero credibility left.- flogistan, on 08/16/2008, -5/+3No credibility huh? I've got one word for you... Saakashvili. Nuf said.
- JimmySpaza, on 08/17/2008, -2/+1Since when does any non-U.S. government have credibility?
Dude, you have been hanging around these leftist websites again. Don't believe their propaganda. They are more full of lies and bullcrap than the U.S. government ever has.- EddyFictitious, on 08/17/2008, -1/+1"Since when does any non-U.S. government have credibility?" Really....
- GarryBarker, on 08/16/2008, -6/+0China supplied wopens to extremists who are using it against America and its allies. Why do we allow this terrorist nation to even exist?
Free Tibet!- cyberdork, on 08/16/2008, -0/+1Because China owns your ass?
- quaxon, on 08/16/2008, -4/+2Awesome, i hope the brave, heroic men get their job done. I'm sure if the US and Mexico was invaded by china we would expect Canada to send some troops in and help us out. Good looking out Iran!
- Typhoon2009, on 08/16/2008, -3/+3***** you.
- quaxon, on 08/16/2008, -2/+6No ***** YOU and anyone else who thinks americans are worth more than other people and are ok with murder as long as we are killing people weve been conditioned to hate.
- legendary, on 08/17/2008, -2/+2No, how about ***** You. How about if you have a problem with the way things are being done you take it up with the administration and not are troops. How does killing are troops change the administrations views? It doesn't they just send more troops. If you have a problem with the way things are then stop bitching about it and go out there and work for change. O that's right you'd have to get off your fat ass to do that. Easier just to bitch about it, and wish violence on are troops.
- legendary, on 08/17/2008, -2/+2Wow, and you live in America. It is absolutely inexcusable to hope American soldiers die. Its fine if you dont like the administration, but to want American Soldiers to die is wrong. They don't make the decisions they just do what there told. People like you are apart of the problem we have in this country.
- EddyFictitious, on 08/17/2008, -0/+1Is it really excusable to hope anyone dies. Why should you care about someone who born in the same country as you more than someone born in a different one?
- 5555, on 08/17/2008, -0/+2Unfortunately, it seems the only thing that would get you Americans up off your fat asses would be if enough soldiers die, or if they reinstated the draft.
- Typhoon2009, on 08/16/2008, -3/+3***** you.
- Typhoon2009, on 08/16/2008, -5/+2Sigh... and then they wonder why we seek sanctions against them and don't want them having nukes... ***** ***** that Ahmadinejad. I hope he gets what's coming to him, preferably in the form of a very large bomb.
- Berkana, on 08/16/2008, -2/+4And we trained hit squads to enforce the will of puppet dictators in the "school of the Americas". All our condemnations of the evils of other governments ring hollow unless we take a good hard look at the evil we ourselves take part in and expunge it from our practices. I'd hate to have our boys come home in body bags, but our leaders need to wake the hell up and realize that blowback is a real thin. They, more than anyone else, can save the lives of our troops. The real villains are the ones who put them in harm's way. We didn't sit still when there was a Soviet presence in our "backyard" (a.k.a. Cuba and south America), why should we expect the Iranians to act any differently when we're threatening them and have troops near Iran, and condemn them for it?
Ron Paul was right: we need a humble foreign policy. Blowback is real. - JimmySpaza, on 08/17/2008, -3/+1Perhaps the U.S. should send our special forces into Iran and show those Islamic wackos how to really inflict fear into a population.
