- MrColdheart, on 04/25/2008, -0/+4http://blogs.ya.com/quep2conpabit/files/towelie.jp ...
- clvngodess, on 04/24/2008, -1/+5Right on sistah! Hey shoot me a personal email. I got a tip for ya.
- greenbk, on 04/24/2008, -3/+2Yikes. Dontcha think there are just a few more important things going on?
- MrColdheart, on 04/24/2008, -1/+9there are LOTS of important things going on...but here we are on this page making comments.
- greenbk, on 04/24/2008, -0/+1:) :) :) multi-tasking my friend, multi-tasking ;-)
- MrColdheart, on 04/24/2008, -1/+9there are LOTS of important things going on...but here we are on this page making comments.
- ennTOXX, on 04/24/2008, -1/+9I agree that DIGG could implement a much better system. I will say that I also think DIGG is burying stories that bash DIGG too though. I hope this makes front page. I dugg & shouted this... :||
- rcnevada, on 04/24/2008, -2/+6First: OK lady, chu got it.
Second: How the hell do you expect to get people all riled up and have them stay mad for that many months?
I'm running on caffeine and will power so if this is a joke forgive me for missing the punchline.
If I can remember the date I'll probably boycott them anyway, just because it seems to be every bit as constructive as digging.
***** 'em - MrColdheart, on 04/24/2008, -1/+5hmm.. it might back fire on you...
A boycott DIGG day would in turn generate publicity and promote the name of DIGG.
8/8/8 is near my birthday so I can find something else to do :)))
- bstory, on 04/24/2008, -2/+5080808 would be a good day to place bets on games of chance
- luckytalisman, on 04/24/2008, -10/+5buried as ***** LAME
- ennTOXX, on 04/25/2008, -0/+4I just cracked up reading your lame comment, then I fell apart when I noticed your really lame user ID... :||
- gr33k, on 04/24/2008, -8/+1Funny how you would you Digg to promote this stupid date...dugg as being ridiculous
- BabyHulk, on 04/26/2008, -0/+1i second that
- ltdraper, on 04/25/2008, -3/+1No one clicks on any ads anyway, so it won't affect them. Their valuation is based upon being a cool Web 2.0 site.
- ennTOXX, on 04/25/2008, -0/+3Web 2.0 is just another attempt to find a way to trend the internet & make money off of trend changes. Which by they way, is against everything the net is meant to be... :||
- SharkysDeals, on 04/26/2008, -0/+4I'm mad as hell and I am not going to take this any more!!
- xypher, on 04/26/2008, -3/+1digg does not have to bury a story, I like a few others on this page choose to bury stories that are quite frankly annoying. I have thus buried this story too.....let the people speak!!!
- gmdmartyr, on 08/07/2008, -1/+1Yeah, I can do that. Just because I have my own multi-tasking going on and I have no problem staying away from digg for the day. Not the entire computer though....no way on that one! For what ever reason, I'll at least show my support for the right cause.
- pauleric, on 08/07/2008, -1/+0Sorry, I'm not mad, and digg isn't the government, so there is no censorship involved. Yes, there are a lot of liberals on digg, and they bury stuff, and digg's policies aren't perfect. I also get buried by so-called conservatives with reading comprehension problems. But that's life, and I really don't invest my self-esteem in whether I'm dugg up or down. And I don't go around boycotting everything I disagree with. If I find some other site more useful for finding a variety of stories, then I'll spend time there. That's my idea of free market capitalism. But digg does provide methods (with friends) for finding stories you're more likely to be interested in (digg's recommendations haven't been very useful to me).
But I do wonder why I have to enter a captcha for this comment, and not anywhere else.- KJeffV, on 08/07/2008, -0/+0One thousand "Attaboys," my friend.
Oh, and "8C2h2" is correct, Diggdumbasses.- pauleric, on 08/07/2008, -0/+0Who is 8C2h2? And Oh btw, nice bike.
Don't get me wrong, I like most of covertress' stories, and am glad I found her blog through digg. But if the new policy is I have to enter a PITA captcha every time I make a comment, then I *am* leaving for elsewhere. Maybe that's what they want, who knows? Why should I care? - KJeffV, on 08/07/2008, -0/+0"8C2h2" was the CAPTCHA Digg insisted I was copying incorrectly; sorry, didn't mean to devolve into the arcane: I was—as you apparently are—pissed at Digg b/c their own cumbersome system isn't working.
- pauleric, on 08/07/2008, -0/+0d'oh!
