- dtr300, on 05/05/2009, -3/+76And he was on the street why? Were the marijuana smokers taking up too much room in the jails?
"He was previously arrested on charges including felony battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and domestic battery by strangulation." - inactive, on 05/05/2009, -4/+72Yeah, way to make a child's death about your irrelevant political views. You're a sick, twisted person.
- Dread08, on 05/05/2009, -5/+67***** sick, seriously I hope that ass gets put to death by a catapult..... imagine it revenge and entertainment all in one, Swift justice I say
- alex7575, on 05/05/2009, -1/+41Our first son was born with Mosaic Down Syndrome, and we lost our second when my wife was almost 7 months pregnant, and we decided that we weren't going to try having our own children anymore.
I wanted at least 4 kids, we settled for 3. I love children more than anything on this world, they give me hope when humanity seems to fail us over and over.
We can't afford to adopt a child now, and we're saving money so one day we can bring our son a sibling.
This angers me in so many levels. - floridiot2, on 05/05/2009, -2/+39Yes, because living in a free society and going to public school made me also throw my 3 month old from my car when I was 21.
- soflasooner, on 05/05/2009, -9/+41Fry that worthless piece of *****!
- KingPsyz, on 05/05/2009, -4/+34isn't there a fire you should be dying in?
- Phylter, on 05/05/2009, -0/+29Reading the Digg headline, I figured that the child wasn't in a baby capsule and was involved in an MVA roll-over. Reading the story horrified me. Here's hoping the full penalty of the law is applied to this animal.
- PowderedToasty, on 05/05/2009, -2/+30Wow that was the dumbest thing I've read in a long time. It scares me that people think like this.
- inactive, on 05/05/2009, -2/+27I smell troll stew.
- itc518, on 05/05/2009, -7/+29What a scumbag, someone should throw his stupid ass under a train.
- megamod, on 05/05/2009, -4/+25Great...he mentioned that it's just a "game". Jack Thompson is going to jump out of the bushes anytime now and give us his I told you so speech.
- Aadain, on 05/05/2009, -3/+23In short: yes. The judicial system makes more money housing drug users than violent criminals.
- DirtyVicar, on 05/05/2009, -0/+19Holy *****.... this criminal was walking free? Let's not forget that a teacher who incorrectly deals with porn on the school computer gets convicted as a sex offender, but the American justice system imposes no restrictions for those walking around with a laundry list of battery, assault, and domestic abuse. WTF?
- inactive, on 05/05/2009, -0/+18What the hell is wrong with people? I've known people who have grown up in some ***** circumstances, but they still manage to not go around murdering babies.
- EasternWind, on 05/05/2009, -3/+21that's just horrible
- sjl127, on 05/05/2009, -5/+23What's even worse is that the infant could not even defend himself.
- adml_shake, on 05/05/2009, -2/+18Have fun in prision you peice of *****. Even in there the murders and rapists don't take to kindly to people who ***** with children.
- form3hide, on 05/05/2009, -0/+15Best of luck to you and your family, alex7575.
- punko79, on 05/05/2009, -3/+18This is really messed up. what a psycho.
- MacEnvy, on 05/05/2009, -2/+16Dear Digg,
Please remove this account as well.
Thanks,
Everyone - buddamus, on 05/05/2009, -1/+15Being a father stories like this really effect me.
- inactive, on 05/05/2009, -1/+14I don't even support capital punishment, normally I'm calling for it to be banned, but its cases like this that seriously make me question that position. This person DESERVES to be killed. No amount of ass rapings will ever be enough.
He needs to die. - diggitydoc, on 05/05/2009, -0/+13so i'm not the only one?
- AgeofMastery, on 05/05/2009, -1/+14You need the trial to make sure you got the right piece of *****, the article didn't say anything about him confessing.
- SarcasticPirate, on 05/05/2009, -1/+13Wait, how did partial birth abortion cause this? I'm no doctor, but I'm pretty sure that's not how that works.
- cgjamj, on 05/05/2009, -0/+12Sorry to hear of your difficulties and loss. We struggled to get pregnant and ended up doing Invitro. We got pregnant with twin boys but they were born just short of 24 weeks and passed away almost two weeks later. We did IVF again close to a year later and transferred only one embryo to avoid the same outcome and got pregnant. But she miscarried at 7 weeks. We were getting ready to do IVF again in Feb of last year and three days before starting the meds, my wife felt pregnant and took a home test. It was positive and we now have a beautiful, healthy little girl.
Every time I hear a story of this nature (which happens way too often), I get very angry as well. It's just not fair how people who would be wonderful, loving parents to a child often are not able to and the ones who do things like this get pregnant effortlessly. - cultur3b0mb, on 05/05/2009, -1/+13"It's a dirty game." Yeah, right. Big thug mo-fo I bet? Takes a real tough guy to kill a baby.
- anexanhume, on 05/05/2009, -0/+11I read this headline thinking an infant was thrown from a car in an auto accident. I couldn't possibly imagine someone throwing a child from a moving car. How wrong I was.
- steelreserve211, on 05/05/2009, -0/+10I swear every time I hear of something that is beyond belief, something comes along and tops it.
- DarthKozy, on 05/05/2009, -2/+12***** that sub-human piece of ***** - stories like this really bring out the "eye for eye" mentality in me - i want to see this asshat suffer.
- clvngodess, on 05/05/2009, -1/+10So very violent. So very tragic. I have no other words. Can't imagine...
- xenuxenuts, on 05/05/2009, -0/+9He "paid" his "debt" to society. /s
Why someone who's only 21 was already out after getting busted for that many violent crimes is a very good question. - Cheddar79, on 05/05/2009, -0/+9Just unbelievable, they need to look more at what the law was doing to ever stop him from being on the streets in the first place.
- hellalazy, on 05/05/2009, -0/+9Same here brutha! I got a 1 year old and hearing stories like this just makes me cherish what I have. I hope that guys life in prison to think about what he did. I'd rather see him rot and feel bad than see him die.
- JoskiiWoskii, on 05/05/2009, -2/+10Give the ***** Life in prison. Once all the inmates hear about what he did, he'll be so *****. (literally)
- wrzhydr, on 05/05/2009, -5/+13You're an idiot.
- derekmas10, on 05/05/2009, -5/+13cut him open... pack him with salt and ammonia... sew his ***** shut... burn out his eyes with chlorine... flay his ***** like a hotdog... keep him alive without anesthesia.
- inactive, on 05/05/2009, -0/+8I spent 4 years in a maximum security federal penitentiary. It is not like the movies. People don't get raped all day every day. This ***** would be placed in his own cell, which in Florida would have a tv and a radio. He would get three warm meals a day and have access to a library. His family would be visiting him several times a week. Don't think for a moment his prison time would be the way you imagine it, in a cell with some big ***** who rapes him. He would live on easy street for the rest of his life, never having to work, pay a bill, or have any responsibility at all.
I'm sorry, but if you knew what prison was really like, you'd want him to be killed. - Maxjan, on 05/05/2009, -0/+7how come anytime on digg there's a story of a horrible killing or raping someone always makes this comment?
- bananaexpert, on 05/05/2009, -2/+9That poor little kid didn't even have a chance at life. Let's all hope that this monster is raped and beaten to death in prison as he deserves.
- floridiot2, on 05/05/2009, -3/+10This isn't the dark ages.
- elo91, on 05/05/2009, -2/+9I'd be willing to bet he gets out of prison in less than 20 years. Granted, his criminal record is seemingly a mile long, so he should have forfeited his right to be a part of society long ago and had no business being in a position to do what he did. But, our prison system is so overrun by non-violent offenders that we have to let sick ***** like this back out. There are occasions where I feel like cruel and unusual punishment is acceptable. This is one of those. He deserves to be in pain before he dies.
- whiteknives, on 05/05/2009, -0/+7I hate digging stories like this. :(
Put that bastard away for life. - inactive, on 05/05/2009, -4/+11Please just kill him. Please do not have a trial or try to have some sort of evaluation. Save your gas and just let the babies family stone this slime to death a little at a time.
- RioMo, on 05/05/2009, -2/+9There are not enough cruel and unusual ways to punish this piece of *****. The fact that a human being has the ability to treat a child (or any human being) like this is beyond my scope of understanding. The problem is, this ***** is so demented that regardless of the punishment he'll probably just keep spewing his ***** "its a dirty game" line. I'm so ***** sick of the "gangsta" hype.
- harrisbradley, on 05/05/2009, -1/+7Paging Frank Castle...
- alcimedes, on 05/05/2009, -4/+10To quote the suspect "It's a dirty game"
I hope it's dirty when they flip the switch on this sick *****. - inactive, on 05/05/2009, -0/+6and people criticize me for wanting to put bullet in between the eyes of people like this and calling it done. Little bit of overkill there buddy.
- inactive, on 05/05/2009, -6/+12Catapult from a moving car...but only use Wile E. Coyote's catapult, the one that doesn't throw you but slams you into the ground
