Independent expert: IDF bullets didn't kill Mohammed al-Dura
haaretz.com — In his report, Schlinger wrote, "If Jamal [the boy's father] and Mohammed al-Dura were indeed struck by shots, then they could not have come from the Israeli position, from a technical point of view, but only from the direction of the Palestinian position."

- yonoz, on 03/02/2008, -1/+18I remember when this happened, I was actually not far away on the outskirts of Gaza, in active service. Magen 3, the position at Netzarim Junction where this happened, were under lot of fire. You could here how exhausted they were on the radio. Back at the war room we saw them being pelleted with burning gas bottles and stuff from the top of the "twins" next to them, and with molotov cocktails from street level. When I got home after a few days and saw the film, I felt terrible.
I've lost my naivety. Now I know to doubt EVERYTHING the Palestinians claim.- RepubOperative, on 03/03/2008, -0/+9The present: Pallywood: Palestinian Hollywood, Fake injuries and deaths

I makes me angry that something like this may have been staged - the palestinians do themselves no favours. Still much like the withdrawal from Gaza, many things are setup for the cameras.
As I've mentioned in the past, please refer to Btselem for, IMO, some reasonably impartial evidence of what Israeli soldiers do to Palestinians.
To doubt EVERYTHING the Palestinians claim is plain stupid though. I know it must be hard for you to take an objective view, but flip it round and see things from the point of view of someone living under Israeli occupation.
