    Oh wait, I forgot, this is the "progressive" and "enlightened" Europe and its "socially responsible" policies that we are talking about here. If he had raped all the children, too, would it have been 15.5 or 16 years in total? Will he still be eligible for conjugal visits and prison holidays? (/sarcasm)
