In an attempt to appear balanced in the face of charges of anti-Israel biases, some departments or programs of Middle East studies have added Israeli scholars to their ranks - a move that at first glance appears welcome.

And it is an antisemitic comment because he was trying to rationalize antisemitism because the fact hatred of Jews was wide spread. Not only that he is generalizing all Jews together. Your response to this is why I doubt you are a Jew. You don't have to love Israel to see what he is saying is wrong, hell you don't even have to be a Jew.

And your smear campaign against me isn't working, I never once said hatred of Zionism means you aren't a Jew. I said I doubt you are a Jew because you only seem to bring up your "Jewishness" to use it as a weapon. Israel had nothing to do with it, his hatred of Jews and him rationalizing why Jews as a whole were hated in numerous countries is the issue.
As for me judging you, let me ask you this who are you to judge Israel? It is an asinine question because the entire point of this site is to judge each other, that is why we can vote up comments or vote them down. You most certainly have right to your own opinion and given how that right was restricted for Jews for so long I wouldn't dream of taking it away from you even though i strongly disagree with you.
