Further...CEO's etc don't resign over nothing. If he really hadn't been performing his duties, why would the CEO and others resign over some backlash? "Moving on to other opportunities" just really means "getting out of Dodge before the doo-doo hits the fan so that I can work at length with my attorney to cover my hiney". - downs1, on 10/10/2007, -1/+0The hospital administrator is foolish to think that a Christian chaplain is going to stop praying in the name of the Savior. We are commanded to pray in the name of Jesus, He is our Intermediary with the Father. It is impossible to separate body from spirit except at death, and it is impossible to separate a Christian from God. The administrator needs a dose of salvation to help her see the truth of John 14:6. I commend Chaplain Harvey for doing what he has to do. To pray to God without doing so in the name of Jesus is simply to deny God's will.
