Ike becomes Category 3 as it hits Cuba watch!

edition.cnn.com — MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- Hurricane Ike weakened slightly Sunday to a Category 3 storm as it bore down on eastern Cuba, but weather experts said it was still a "major hurricane" that could once again threaten the U.S. Gulf Coast.
