We'd have to lock up the leaders of a few foreign countries, too, and arrest key members of their intel services. Do you get it? The problem was official falsification; Saddam wanted only good news, and at the same time he spoke in generalities as to what programs were being kept alive, or which had simply been put on life-support. The left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. And don't forget that there were plenty of sites that simply WERE NOT investigated. And what went to the Debka valley, with tractor-trailer trucks moving materials for 14 hours? So to say that "there weren't any WMD" isn't really right.
