- Tunguska, on 02/09/2008, -240/+954Detonate me in a crowd of my own people and call me a freedom fighter.
- IronGoldfish, on 02/09/2008, -64/+378We have devolved back to the point where we paint an entire group with one brush. It's very saddening.

- bxblox, on 02/09/2008, -10/+198Brushes? We paint them with lasers, so the planes know where to bomb.

"Retribution to my "crimes" for being born in this country" - hokie47, on 02/09/2008, -11/+153The American public education system is really not that bad if you want to do well. I took calculus and many other advance classes. Unfortunately, we have many students who don't want to learn mostly because they lack any form of good family support. Could our education system be better, sure, but every teacher will tell you that a students family is one of the biggest indicators of student performance.
- fcbfan, on 02/09/2008, -62/+2021.5 billion Muslims of which maybe 5,000 potential suicide bombers in the last few years? and that may be an exaggeration
- pimpofpixels, on 02/09/2008, -62/+187Fight in my country against an invading army call me a terrorist.
- diggstown, on 02/09/2008, -23/+126Yeah, and only some 500 Catholic priests were active pedophiles. A small percentage of the overall population for sure, but with a profound impact.
- lgfaphile, on 02/09/2008, -73/+167How 'bout:
I am a Muslim:
All that is wrong with my life is the fault of America and the Joooooz! - EvilDr.X, on 02/09/2008, -2/+96When did we evolve past that point?

Blame me for supporting my side and call me
"A terrorist"
This conflict goes both ways. But if you have to look at it from this perspective, then the Palestinians have every right to defend themselves from oppression. The Israelis lost their credibility in playing the victim card a long time ago, as anyone familiar with their actions will relate to you. - charman2k6, on 02/09/2008, -24/+103Now that we have permission from them, lets do it... oh wait.
- nyinegy, on 02/09/2008, -12/+85"a medieval Muslim propaganda system" LOL
Muslims were discovering chemistry and navigational science when Europe was burning women!!!! - RockLobstah, on 02/09/2008, -31/+102I truly cannot believe that comment has so many diggs. You would think, at this point, we would be able to differentiate between "Muslim" and "terrorist."
- hudef, on 02/09/2008, -25/+95I am digging everyone down because that is the only way I can derive a sense of power.
- pintomp3, on 02/09/2008, -10/+78the outrage was the cover up from the church. instead of punishing them, they moved them around to molest more children.
- rlh1, on 02/09/2008, -29/+90Judging by the flood of Muslim immigrants flooding into Europe and America, I'd say that the West can't be too prejudice against Muslims.
- ScaredOfTheMan, on 02/09/2008, -23/+82He is summarizing the feelings of most western educated Muslim men, but its hard to take him seriously when he is in a parade with Hizbollah flags (the yellow one behind him). You can't talk about American double standards around security measures when you walking lock step with an organization that's killed Americans.
- tofagerl, on 02/09/2008, -6/+58They're gonna think that this generation ***** up a relatively peaceful world in order to make money.
- inactive, on 02/09/2008, -15/+66He's right about Iraqi civilian killings. What's killing me inside is the "Saddam was a good leader" thing.

- elkram, on 02/09/2008, -42/+87He has it all wrong... Radical Islamic Terrorists not to metion Saddam Hussein have done these things to their own people, The terrorists that used the women with Down's syndrome as human bombs might not agree with this sign either.
- inactive, on 02/09/2008, -57/+101Every power grab needs an enemy, the Nazis had the Jews and all the other so called "sub-humans"........
- pimpofpixels, on 02/09/2008, -31/+73Hey. Israel has every right to fight for their country. I have no problem with that. The difference is that I'M NOT ISRAELI. In fact I'm not even allowed to become an Israeli because of my ethnicity. That's kind of messed up, but that's Okay too I guess. But why would you expect me to support sending my tax dollars to Israel?
The United States as a super power does occasionally dabble in peace keeping, but our relationship with Israel isn't "peace keeping". We're just funding and supplying Israel's side of the conflict. I don't see any reason why, as an American, I should support Israel over Palestine. The Palestinians got a BUM DEAL. That's Okay. People screw each other all the time. That's how history works, but DON'T EXPECT MY COUNTRY TO FIGHT YOU WAR FOR YOU.
If you want to erect a state on land where people already live, deny them their rights to vote or own property they're going to be upset. Ask the Native Americans. You've got to deal with that, and it's not my problem. - pagit, on 02/09/2008, -19/+60...or democracy
- Delphium226, on 02/09/2008, -3/+41And your attitudes are clearly not a product of any kind of propaganda.
/HEAVY SARCASM - Mr.Gone, on 02/09/2008, -19/+56See, 30 seconds with Paint,
http://img85.imageshack.us/img85/2307/f42ling8.jpg
and we have a totally different headline. - bitspace, on 02/09/2008, -6/+42The US public education system works on a bell curve. Average students do well, as they fit within the center of the bell curve. Below-average or mentally/emotionally challenged students don't do well, being on the left side of the bell. Students who are exceptionally bright often don't do well either, because they're on the right end of the bell.
That's not to detract from the validity of your claim; strong support at home is pretty much essential, with a few exceptions. I know a 17 year old who doesn't have the best support system at home, and he's doing astonishingly well academically despite the dearth of support at home. - goodnewsevery1, on 02/09/2008, -45/+80Kill innocent people in markets and call it an act of god
- phazon88, on 02/09/2008, -20/+53I wish I could digg you twice.
- inactive, on 02/09/2008, -3/+35We don't hate the United States in Sweden and we are a far cry from an economically dependent state.
Everyone claims they "hate the United States" yet nearly every country tries to emulate American life with their clothing, music, movies, etc. - inactive, on 02/09/2008, -6/+38Nope, this guys doing a good thing and peacefully protesting. Don't tar him with the same brush as those carrying out a continual cycle of revenge killings and trying to implement Sharia Law.
- synarchy, on 02/09/2008, -3/+34The U.S. government is being used as a tool by a group of elite internationalists to reshape the world to their perpetual advantage. American citizens are as much the target of this activity as the rest of the world. Americans have lost control over their government; elections are managed to ensure whoever wins will promote the policy objectives of the internationalists. A new feudalism is on the way. You'd do well to look a little deeper at what's going on.
- Delphium226, on 02/09/2008, -7/+36Go back to redstate.com then you fascist freak.
- MOJIRA, on 05/17/2008, -5/+33There are 6.6 billion humans and there shouldn't be one damned murderer, but there are hundreds of thousands.
- nkleffman, on 02/09/2008, -8/+36Some of these comments are so ignorant that it would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Equating all Muslims with terrorists is like equating all Christians with the handful that have killed abortion doctors. You people have no sense of history.
One example: In 1953 our CIA overthrew Iran's elected government because prime minister Mohamad Mossadeq was nationalizing his country's oil fields, thus installing the infamous Shah of Iran, Reza Pahlavi, into power. We bombed mosque's and blamed it on Mossadq, we machine gunned crowds, we killed or imprisoned his entire cabinet. The Shah and his secret police thus rained terror and torture upon all those that would defy him until it finally, literally, blew up in our face.
But... but.. they hate us for our freedom! They are a perversion of religion! - nihilite, on 02/09/2008, -5/+32I know this one, it's the Saudis, right? They are our enemies! Those evil bastards will get what's coming to them. We have seem their oppressive Sharia laws and we will liberate their people and bring democracy to them. Most of the 9/11 hijackers were saudi nationals.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_rights_in_Saudi ...
... Or maybe we'll sell them $20 billion in advanced weaponry.

Help me out - what is our policy in the middle east, and how is it making things better? I hope it's just me, but it feels like we are inviting more violence. - fabthegerm, on 02/09/2008, -6/+32us government =! americans
- quaxon, on 02/09/2008, -6/+31actually no, i am from Iran but went to school here in america, and from what i hear from family members and such their education is much better over there. Hell they are doing calculus by 8th grade and everyone has to take up a second language.
- Twoje, on 02/09/2008, -4/+29I think he's siding with the protester on this one. Muslims are fighting in their own country against our invading army, and we call them terrorists.
- stevetrojanman, on 02/09/2008, -20/+45And the lack of "outrage" from the leaders of the Muslim church? Very few people are even willing to claim the suicide bombings are wrong, publicly. But, no, no, only the Catholic church can do wrong...
and I'm not even Christian... - inactive, on 02/09/2008, -16/+40You mean the creation of Israel by the brits? Or the US troops in Saudi?
- kidlinux, on 02/09/2008, -3/+26And how many suicide bombers in other populations?
- SumguyTwentyOne, on 02/09/2008, -40/+63[MESSAGE REDACTED]
