Not only that, the Red Cross TOLD Israel before Israel invaded that the school would be filled with civilians.
In another incident, Israeli soldiers filled a house with 100 unarmed men women and children and then bombed the house. Then after they bombed the house, the soldiers wouldn't allow the Red Cross to reach the house for 4 days. When the RC was finally allowed in, they found starving weak children clinging to their mother's corpses.
