That is the key. The white race and the Christens (the hate speech laws) is officially being denied EQUAL PROTECTION under the law.
The Civil Act Rights of 1965 - clearly elevates the black race above all others! Furthermore the ***** and lesbians have jumped on the bandwagon for special protection as a minority special rights victim group!
As well intentioned as the Civil Rights Act was this clearly violates the 14th Amendment by identifying groups by race, religion and NOW sexual orientation and not individuals. This is why certain people in high places have begun to fight and hopefully kill this bastard Orwellian Civil Rights Act (MY ASS!) This is a death sentence.

What these young black American teenagers did was a "hate crime", as I see it. I personally don't like hate crime laws because that leads the government to become the "thought police." The laws are suppose to punish acts of violence, not what motivates a person to that violence - that's besides the point.
It is a shame that the government of the USA has created this monster. The government is the racist and keeps people divided. We the people need to kill this monster in its tracks. We are not the enemy of each other however unfortunately some people regardless of race want to place blame where it does not belong. It is our duty to point out who the culprit really is and it again is not us. We the people get along just fine in the real world for the most part regardless of the race differences. We already have laws on the books for assault, battery, vandalism, etc. so the label "hate crime" penalizes thoughts and intentions, as you say, rather than the illegal action itself. We have to be careful not to parrot the enemy's propaganda by using terms like "hate crime", "reverse discrimination", "civil rights", etc.

So what we end up with is *proof* of blacks against whites, and no 'hate crime' brought against them. But if it were a white to a black (or anyone against a homosexual) then all it takes is SPECULATION that it could be a hate crime, and boom, hate crime is charged towards the person. Even if there is NO PROOF that persons race was a part of the crime, a hate crime is tacked on if the criminal is white and the victim is black; but not vice versa.
We now have reversed the roles, and have an established pattern of blacks against white only (showing proof of singling out whites) and whites do not get equal protection under the law.
What is it I keep reading here, and at other places: that 'hate crime laws (and other legislation like them) just allow everyone to be "equal", there is not special treatment of specific classes or groups of people.'. This sheriff's comments seem to go against that type of comment/thinking.
