newsweek.com — The geography of higher ed is changing fast, with Asia and the Mideast coming on strong. Dubai, along with its neighbors, is leading a rush of countries trying to erode the dominance of Harvard, Yale and a handful of other, mainly American or British, schools.

I know of far too many universities who admit foreign students just because they pay 4x what in-state students pay for tuition.
Obviously being rich is definitely an advantage. How do you think George Bush got into Yale? This isn't just for private schools too.........At UCLA all you have to do is make a $100,000 + donation and you're in.
MOST foreign students admitted to American universities are EXTREMELY CAPABLE. I think concern should be raised when they take admission slots at STATE funded universities.
