- Stucarius, on 03/31/2009, -1/+1Nice. So what is it about we humans that we have to have slaves. First we enslave other humans. Then we start trying to figure out how to enslave animals now we are going to enslave machines.
It is really sad. All this robot development is about making servants for us. Particularly in Japan. That is no surprise if you remember their actions in WW2.
Why don't we concentrate on technological devices using this technology. Like say artificial limbs, organs etc. instead of trying to make robots that look as much like us as possible and do all our bidding. No matter how you think about it it is slavery. Around the same time we get these robots fully developed we will have rudimentary artificial intelligence to give them. Slavery, period.
Did anyone in Japan bother watching Battlestar Gallactica? Just a TV show yeah but a real message we should think about.
