- Rotzooi, on 08/01/2008, -1/+3And that's part of the problem. The right wingers are so scared from watching Faux News and reading about scary brown people (aka: terr'sts) that they are willing to give up all their liberties to the fascists of the Republican-run DHS.
The smarter citizens of America need to stick together and protect our country from these fools.

- Whitefort, on 08/01/2008, -0/+3This is so stupid.
Anyone can download a program like Truecrypt, follow its simple wizard, and get state-of-the-art encryption, naming the file anything they like.
Are the authorities going to do an in-depth file-by-file search to see if one file is a sneaky encrypted file? I seriously doubt it.
Even if they do, you can tell them the password, because Truecrypt can create a *second* passworded hidden drive within the first, and it's totally undetectable (well, unless somebody with the computing power of the NSA is looking for it.)
Sorry to sound like a commercial - I'm just making the point that the *real* bad guys already know all this stuff, and only the stupid and naive will be caught with their pirate mp3s. - gonrada, on 08/01/2008, -1/+3Encrypted hard-drive.
Problem solved.

I allways wanted too see you, but it seems you don't want me. I don't want you to rummage through my private life. I don't want you to ask my goverment to send you my information. I don't want you to search me. I don't want you to go through all my digital files. And i certainly don't want you to violate my basic human rights by imprisoning me indefinately.
The terrorists have won. It was nice knowing you.- CosmicJustice, on 08/01/2008, -0/+3"America, you scare me."
