Heller's DC Pistol Permit Denied Despite Winning SCOTUS Case

conservative247.org — Dick Heller is the man who brought the lawsuit against the District's 32-year-old ban on handguns. He was among the first in line Thursday morning to apply for a handgun permit. It was categorically denied because Washington DC thinks that a M1911 45 Pistol is the same thing as a machine gun.
