Digg Townhall Tonight!
Tune into the live Digg townhall tonight at 5:00pm PST/8:00pm EST.
Hallmark accepts homosexual people, annoys religious.
afa.net — Continuing their trend of accepting homosexual people, Hallmark have drawn fire from "family" associations who don't accept them.

- ryanknapper, on 08/24/2008, -1/+18I have an American family and this association does *absolutely nothing* in my name.
- eriksr, on 08/24/2008, -0/+4Amen.
Teehee.
- eriksr, on 08/24/2008, -0/+4Amen.
- KlassyGuy, on 08/24/2008, -1/+14Being American is respecting the rights of others. The AFA can go screw themselves in their very tight ass.
- SQLDigger, on 08/25/2008, -2/+1K-K-Klassy.
- donttaseme, on 08/24/2008, -1/+15Dear Hallmark:
***** the AFA they are a bunch of homophobes. - labohemian, on 08/24/2008, -4/+4homophobes are such lolzz
- pinknezumi, on 08/24/2008, -0/+8Well, according to the originating website, you should also boycott McDonalds because they support Gay Rights parades.
Maybe they should just never leave their homes. Oh gosh, the world is changing! - narupo, on 08/24/2008, -1/+6Who ***** cares about words on paper cards anyway.AFA sucks.
- flashback99, on 08/24/2008, -1/+4***** the ***** AFA. Go ***** yourselves you homophobic backwards ***** family values *****.
- justmarci, on 08/24/2008, -1/+10Oh, look. An online form to send hatemail to Hallmark. Wouldn't it be just terrible if it were used - repeatedly - to send Hallmark lots of love instead?
- Coven, on 08/24/2008, -1/+6Great idea. I just sent a message supporting hallmark and completely bashing the AFA, using their very own form. Sweet sweet justice
- ThoughtfulWi, on 08/24/2008, -0/+4Ditto! LOL!
- Coven, on 08/24/2008, -1/+6Great idea. I just sent a message supporting hallmark and completely bashing the AFA, using their very own form. Sweet sweet justice
- thadudesbro, on 08/24/2008, -0/+6Why would they add a digg button? Have they ever been to this site?
- dan2, on 08/24/2008, -1/+4You'd be surprised, there are a lot of religious nuts on here. Check out the comments on WND articles, they never make it to the frontpage though, too asinine.
- DavidJGrossman, on 08/24/2008, -1/+3The AFA is a pathetic, hate-mongering, group of delusional douchebags. Get over it people. The Bible is not a good source for your morality. If it was, we'd be killing people for working on Sundays, or any number of ludicrously innoculous "offensives".
Donald E. Wildmon, if you happen to come across this comment then all I have to say is: go ***** yourself. Keep your delusional, homophobic agenda to yourself.
The more these people promote hatred and intolerance, the more people will rise up against the scourge of religion and the faster it will disappear. So, perhaps letting these ***** have their say isn't a bad idea.
Carry on. - JDuganz, on 08/24/2008, -0/+2I found this website on FARK.com.
I have used their template to send an Email praising Hallmark and their tolerance of alternative lifestyles.
If only more people would follow my lead, and let the "American Christianity Association"s plan backfire on them. - jazzchic, on 08/25/2008, -0/+1I also sent a praise email. Thanks for making it easy AFA!
- beachbrewer, on 08/25/2008, -0/+0Yeah, thanks AFA for making it easy for me to send my support to Hallmark! Guess you didn't think that completely through, did you!
- carterartist, on 08/25/2008, -0/+1oh screw these idiots.
- verruca, on 08/26/2008, -0/+0i am so ashamed that the AFA's headquarters is in my town. They are as bad as Westboro Baptist. They give REAL Christians everywhere a horrible reputation. If being a real Christian is how they are, then i certainly wouldn't want to be one. LOVE one another. God doesn't teach hate and intolerance. I've met wildmon, and he's as fake as jimmy swaggart. His true religion is money and conning people out of theirs.
Send a letter to Hallmark thanking them instead of boycotting them. - jasperkatt7, on 08/29/2008, -0/+0I usually don't care what AFA says, but had to reply to this. For encouraging hate mail to Hallmark_Shame on you! That's below the belt.
Big friggin deal if two guys get married.
Respect is knowing when to keep your mouth shut. Nobody likes an opiniated big mouthed trouble maker. - gennajs, on 08/29/2008, -0/+0Last I checked in America it is perfectly acceptable to express your own opinion. There are many groups out there that help make this possible. AFA is one of these groups that does make it easier and does so without the distasteful name calling.
I have noticed that any time some one doesn't agree with the gay life style the word "homophobes" or "homophobic" springs forth. Some people need to look up that term in the dictionary. The word phobia means " phobia is an intense, unrealistic fear, which can interfere with the ability to socialize, work, or go about everyday life, that is brought on by an object, event or situation."
I don't agree with the homosexual life style and I am NOT homophobic. I also commend AFA for the work they are doing in trying to unite voices just as you are doing here.
