Gurnee woman, son killed while trying to change tire on I-94

chicagotribune.com — The woman had a flat tire outside Paris, Wis., and called her son in Gurnee, the Kenosha sheriff's department said. When he and his girlfriend arrived shortly before 10:40 p.m., they stopped about 50 feet behind his mother's 1998 Honda hatchback and parked on the west shoulder of I-94 East.
