Gruesome crime shocks Greek isle
news.bbc.co.uk — Police on the Greek island of Santorini have shot and injured a knifeman who decapitated his girlfriend and walked around the streets with her head.

Tasers aren't a problem because they're dangerous - they're a problem because they're abused. They are intended to be used in place of deadly force, not as a compliance tool.
"Get out of the car or I'm going to shoot you" -- last words of a cop before he goes away for 20 years.
"Get out of the car or I'm going to tase you" -- happens every day.
Tasers shouldn't take the place of batons, but rather guns. Sadly, they don't. Something is broken and the authorities aren't interested in fixing it.
