reuters.com — A 31-year-old Greek beheaded his girlfriend and carried her head round the popular tourist island of Santorini before he was arrested.

I think too many people are fully capable of telling right from wrong. they just choose not too, while they may be crazy otherwise i think that core understanding is important to get justice for the families.
