Gov't to assess new highway plans - The China Post

chinapost.com.tw — TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Cabinet officials restated yesterday plans to build an alternative highway replacing the most dangerous sections of the existing Suhua Highway, but stressed that construction work would eventually start after a throughout environmental impact assessment is completed -- eventually next year.
