Gigabyte United to merge with Gigabyte Technology
tcmagazine.com — Gigabyte United will soon be done with the title of wholly-owned subsidiary of Gigabyte Technologies as its parent company has decided on a merger. Through the move, which is said to go down on October 1st, GU will be merged into Gigabyte Technology and thus be able to enhance its still independent motherboard and graphics card businesses.
