Georgia Family Lets Disabled Sister Starve to Death in Filthy Home

wltx.com — Officials say it appears she died of complications caused by malnutrition. Officers say Baxter weighed just 46 pounds. Deputies told WRDW-TV that the woman appeared to be extremely malnourished and had the features of a small child. Baxter was reportedly blind, deaf, and unable to feed herself.
