George W. Bush, Most Underrated Leader in Recent History
telegraph.co.uk — A Muslim European states: "Whatever happened to leadership and honesty as presidential traits? I happen to believe that the only leader in the West to have these two admirable qualities in droves is the leader of the free world: George W Bush."

Usually we wait and wait until the enemy starts attacking, then we let them win a bit, then we fight until we are tired, then we just call the US to come over to clean our mess.
That is what happened in WWI, WWII, and the Balkans.
Bush is just showing us what a bunch of dangerous ditherers we are and we hate him for it. Naturally.
Surprised to see someone gets it. - IneedLaxatives, on 07/09/2008, -11/+1***** him
- Troika37, on 07/09/2008, -4/+6There's that typical leftist response. Nothing to add, simply vulgarity.
- card51short, on 07/09/2008, -3/+2and that's a typical smug rightist response.
Both sides are controlled. - CryRightardCry, on 07/09/2008, -3/+2LOL
And that's a typical rightard ***** answer.
What's to add, sad sack?
Nice. This guy is too dishonest to even admit he knows why someone would say that about Bush, instead is going to play the "oooh, you're so vulgar" game.
Like a little old lady whining about language.
That's a pathetic excuse. You're in the Navy? Seems unlikely, the military guys I hang with are pretty salty and don't cry about "swear words". Whaaaa.
Really? You don't think it's sad for you to pretend like that?
Are we supposed to believe that you are so dumb you have no idea of what's gone on during Bush's disaterous reign? I guess you just are a cheerleader for all that failure.
Pretty pathetic to defend failure and corruption.
I can't help but notice you FAILED to even come up with a counter to "***** him". Why not list all his successes to counter what you consider to be unfair vulgarity?
Kudos to you, your family must be proud to have you defending President Failure so faithfully.
Good satire. I bet rightards digg it thinking it's real.

- solboldi, on 07/09/2008, -1/+2Sounds like a stereotype.
- superkendall, on 07/09/2008, -2/+4Even if you don't like Bush, he has been a leader in that he states a vision and works hard to get people there. Now lots of people on Digg dislike the direction he is trying to go, but that does not make him a bad leader - this is a distinction that seems well beyond most of the people that hate him so much.
And Bush is bi-paritsan enough to get the FISA bill through. That says a lot right there. - rellimyerffej, on 07/09/2008, -2/+6Liberals only like people that share in there socialistic equal outcomes view of the world. Leadership is standing for your convictions despite what popular opinion says. Bush does this on both fronts, he obviously stands for his convictions against the left (note the visceral hatred by all socialists..err I mean democrats).....he even stands for his convictions when they clearly contradict with what a conservative is supposed to think (comprehensive immigration reform, etc.) and he takes ***** from conservatives when he does. The funny thing is the left still hates it because it came from Bush.
- fadeout, on 07/09/2008, -3/+1This is supposted to be a satire piece like the Onion, right?
- mortey, on 07/11/2008, -0/+1There is some merit to George Bush. As the world's only super power, we have to exercise our power. We wouldn't be a super power if we didn't. Sure we could set a precedent for social reforms but it's a lot more interesting to see bombs. In all seriousness, as much as I dislike bush for the way he's treated Americans and the rest of the world, I truly believe he believes he is doing the right thing. Isn't what we all strive for to be sure of what we do?
