- goodrich37, on 09/06/2008, -0/+19The public needs to hear this message and understand the real damage politicians like Murtha, Reid, Biden and the like are actually causing. In previous wars they would be charged with treason!
- linuxdad, on 09/06/2008, -1/+16Its certifiable proof of the repeated cowardice of the Democratic hierarchy. These are the people that will be held up on high if BHO gets elected. God save us from their spinelessness. .Pelosi, Reid and Murtha are the biggest disgrace that we have in our government. I look forward to the day when these historically insignificant delusional people leave office. Murtha you have specifically incited charges against our heroes according to the whims of your traitorous soul. My our forefathers look upon you with pity. Amen.
- tasine, on 09/06/2008, -0/+11I agree whole-heartedly that the public needs to hear this message. But ....... this is not a "new" message and those who don't want to hear it refuse to hear it. Those who don't care one way or the other don't use their time learning anything. In other words: Anyone who is the least bit aware agrees with the soldier's comments - except those who can make political hay by opposing the war.
As to charging those traitors with treason, it'll never happen. They've skated time and time again - and just look at what Sandy Sox Berger got clean away with. Pelosi, Murtha, Reid, Durbin, Levin, Rangel, et al are as guilty as sin in my world. In my view they have committed treason, dereliction of duty, sabotage, numerous hate speeches, anti-American hate mongering - and it is a shame there is no way we citizens can get rid of them as long as their idiot constituency continues to elect them. - ugotz2, on 09/06/2008, -0/+7The left wants it suppressed at all costs. And the so called "journalists" of the Main Street Media are more than happy to oblige.
- AlwaysAwake, on 09/06/2008, -0/+4The Rothschilds have decided we are the losers this time. And what the Rothschilds, want The Rothschilds get.
- JagPop, on 09/06/2008, -3/+1Neal Boortz -- why didn't you say so in the first place? Neal "toture the bastards" Boortz.
Hey! and here is Boortz where it all began in the summer of 2002 ready willing and able to send someone else to fight Saddam before Saddam chucked one of his nuclear weapons at us.

Neal never mentioned that Ahmad Chalabi had promised to give Israel full Recognition once he was in power and thus get unity behind the Palestinian cause to collapse. Neal never mentioned that Ahmad Chalabi had promised to give Israel and undermetered oil pipeline from Iraq to Israel. Neal never mentioned that the zionists who pushed for this war saw Iraq as the jumping off place for war with Syria and Iran. Did Neal mention all the money the military/industrial complex was going to get? Record profits for the oil companies? Thirty year lock-in oil contracts for Exxon and Chevron...? Did he mention that "finishing the job" means ALL these things?- buddywlkr3, on 09/06/2008, -0/+2Wow! Where does all this stuff come from? This sounds like a page from Mein Kampf with all the ranting about the Zionists You can't possibly be suggesting that Neal Boortz believes all of this. And who is Boortz suggesting be tortured? Boortz is a strong believer in the Iraq War because of all the things leading up to it. Mostly, however, as an economist, he is a big believer in letting capitalism work instead of having a Government that makes our decisions for us and tells us what to make and how much..

You didn't read my link!
You opened your yap without first knowing what you were talking about!
My exclamation points are just for effect. Don't imagine I am surprised!!! by your tiny brain.
AND you said: "he is a big believer in letting capitalism work instead of having a Government that makes our decisions for us and tells us what to make and how much".
Even Bush said "Wall Street got drunk"!
Deregulation is why those brokerage firms needed rescuing (and the jerks in charge walked away with sacks of money with smiley faces on them) and why Freddie and Fanny were just taken over by the government. We deregulated ourselves to the precipice!!!

- SpankkBankk, on 09/07/2008, -1/+3 Recognizing that I volunteered as a Ranger, fully knowing the hazards of my chosen profession, I will always endeavor to uphold the prestige, honor, and high esprit de corps of the Rangers.
Acknowledging the fact that a Ranger is a more elite soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air, I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move farther, faster and fight harder than any other soldier.
Never shall I fail my comrades. I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight and I will shoulder more than my share of the task whatever it may be, one-hundred-percent and then some.
Gallantly will I show the world that I am a specially selected and well-trained soldier. My courtesy to superior officers, neatness of dress and care of equipment shall set the example for others to follow.
Energetically will I meet the enemies of my country. I shall defeat them on the field of battle for I am better trained and will fight with all my might. Surrender is not a Ranger word. I will never leave a fallen comrade to fall into the hands of the enemy and under no circumstances will I ever embarrass my country.
Readily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to fight on to the Ranger objective and complete the mission though I be the lone survivor.
Amen Brothers! Surrender is not an AMERICAN word...- BigTomato, on 09/10/2008, -0/+1RLTW!
- PuterPrsn, on 09/08/2008, -0/+3I am really very hopeful we do not allow the media to make us lose this war they way they did Viet Nam. While the people on the ground said we were winning, the media kept up the lies about losing the war, and waged a successful campaign to have us pull out and leave those people in the lurch. It was unbelievable then, and should not be allowed to happen now. If we give up on Iraq, we are leaving a people to be over-taken by idiots again before they are ready protect their own country, and will be giving a message that, if our enemies can hold on for a little while, we'll quit and go home.
