Many don't realize that if the defense doesn't do everything in their power (that is legal) to get their client off, they are failing to provide the best defense.

I think that cutting off someone's legs to stop them from speeding is way too harsh for an offence like going too fast in a car. However, I don't totally agree with the death penalty but what Fritzl did (imprisoning his daughter in a secret sex dungeon in his hime for over 25 years) was sick.
