Former Officer Charged With Sexual Exploitation

cbs46.com — Tom Davis, agent in charge of the Milledgeville Georgia Bureau of Investigation office, said Jason Thurmond Wiggins was arrested in Eastman and is being held in the Greene County jail. His girlfriend, Frances Jeannette Jackson, 29, of Greensboro, also faces charges. Davis said she sent Jason Wiggins child pornography by cell phone.
