- MarkEarhart, on 07/22/2008, -2/+16Interesting that you mentioned the late Senator. That was the first thing that popped into my mind. Then there are the questions surrounding the death of JFK junior.
- avengingturnip, on 07/23/2008, -3/+1Um, Obama's midair slide inflation two weeks ago.
- digitalhair, on 07/23/2008, -2/+3and then you have all the bizarre deaths and ransacked labs and garages of engineers and inventors that built perpetual motion machines and cars that run on water

- kemp34, on 07/22/2008, -2/+28Why is it that certain things always seem to point to utter shadiness? Is the world one big coincidence or what?
- contemplator, on 07/22/2008, -3/+20Coincidence Theorist!!

- vault, on 07/23/2008, -4/+4Every time an airplane has a problem and lands safely......it points to utter shadiness?

hang on, someone's knocking at the door...- rugrat54, on 07/23/2008, -1/+1Spy 1: Did you talk to that guy on digg?
Spy 2: Yeah, we had coffee and, hey did you know, the Earth, orbits, the Sun? The Sun?
Spy 1: Um....
Spy 2: Me neither. That guy on digg, phew, where ever he gets his info we have to find out. Informed is an understatement!
Spy 1: Do you think, maybe, his resource is Digg?
Spy 2: * he pauses; his eyes light up*
We HAVE to get an account.
Spy 1: ***** budget cuts...

After the big announcement today. - Minarchian, on 07/22/2008, -3/+12"The cause of the loss of cabin pressure will be investigated. "
Yeah....right... - onetimer, on 07/23/2008, -20/+5Hilarious how all the Paulities are already suggesting "CONSPIRACY!!!" without any kind of evidence whatsoever. Nope, it just couldn't be a mechanical issue (even though the article mentions it), the elites wanted to kill paul along with six other congressman to derail his... his... um can someone help me out here?
Hell, they could investigate it and find the actual mechanical problem that caused it, and you people STILL wouldn't let the "conspiracy!!" idea go...- bxxb, on 07/23/2008, -4/+3then again, what proof you have it was a genuine mechanical failure? none. odds are it was not. just free thinking here.
- onetimer, on 07/23/2008, -7/+5I never claimed it was for sure, but if you had read the article you would see that mechanical problems were reported earlier making it very likely.
"odds are it was not."
See, you can't claim you're a free thinker and pull "odds" like this out of your ass without any kind of evidence whatsoever.
- onetimer, on 07/23/2008, -7/+5I never claimed it was for sure, but if you had read the article you would see that mechanical problems were reported earlier making it very likely.
- ssdded, on 07/23/2008, -0/+3Not all of us 'Paulites' think it's a conspiracy. Only the misguided ones. To quote RPF user Copperhed51:
"Engines could definitely be related to a loss of cabin pressure. The way jets pressurize the cabin all involves how jet engines work, which I don't want to get too deeply into right now, but here's the basics. The engine has a whole bunch of compression stages in the front of it that squeeze the air to very high pressure (and temperature) before it goes into the hot section where fuel is introduced and the fire happens. To pressurize the cabin, some of this very high pressure/temperature air is piped from the engines (this is called bleed air) into what's called an Air Cycle Machine (ACM). The ACM takes the very high pressure, high temperature air and cools it down and then it is sent into the cabin of the airplane. At the rear of the airplane there are outflow valves that control the cabin pressure."
And since Congressman Poe mentioned something about engine trouble BEFORE takeoff, it seems to me they simply had a second engine issue AFTER takeoff or didn't completely resolve the initial issue. Seems pretty obvious that you'd have to be misguided to think this a conspiracy.
- bxxb, on 07/23/2008, -4/+3then again, what proof you have it was a genuine mechanical failure? none. odds are it was not. just free thinking here.
- StormCommander, on 07/23/2008, -2/+6Ron Paul and 6 snakes on a plane?
- ssdded, on 07/23/2008, -1/+0Well, five and a half. Ted Poe isn't a completely lost cause, even though he is pro-war.
- Lawofnations, on 07/23/2008, -2/+5Google up "The political graveyard." Over 43 separate plane crashes carrying elected representatives.
- NorthMass, on 07/23/2008, -2/+6I love Ron Paul and am a big supporter. This was just a simple accident that resulted in no harm thankfully, no one was trying to make the plane crash just because Ron was on the plane.
- kemp34, on 07/23/2008, -2/+2I hope so, but given the number of serious political deaths via plane crash, one has to raise their eyebrows at least a bit.
- plimpton777, on 07/23/2008, -2/+5"Ironically, the seven congressmen were trying to get back in time for a Tuesday night vote on an aviation safety bill..." Those CIA black ops guys certainly have a sense of humor!
...***** better be ready for a bunch of pissed-off Paulites if they try again to whack Our Hero. - shirosamurai, on 07/23/2008, -4/+4http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=1475 ...

Well that's interesting. The folks at Ron Paul Forums are trying to push their stories to the top by cheating the system. The author of the post instructs everyone to copy and paste the URL, instead of actually providing a clickable link. The clickable link would tell Digg that people are all coming from the same source, that way they can prevent gaming. Copy and paste bypasses that.
And if you people really think a drop in air pressure on the plane that happened to be carrying Ron Paul is a conspiracy, you need to get off the Alex Jones crackpipe and go out for some fresh air.
/awaits being dugg down by the pack of angry Paulites still flooding in from their little forum. - MarkEarhart, on 07/23/2008, -1/+4Conspiracy occurs all over the world day and night. I don't imagine you are wise enough to take it, but here is my advice, study conspiracy "theories" from multiple sources that aren't slanted against them. Yes, some of it is BS (much of which the elite who don't want the truth known plant as counterintelligence). Assuming you can read (you never know today), try reading "Tragedy and Hope" by Carroll Quigley. He was Clinton's mentor at Georgetown, and the book goes into great detail regarding the elite who have been working toward global government up to the mid twentieth century. That should be enough to change your outlook.
It is possible that it was a coincidence that a plane carrying seven men, one of whom was Ron Paul had to make an unexpected landing, but I'd bet against it. The elite occultists who fear him wouldn't hesitate to kill seven thousand men to rid themselves of him. They want the vast majority of us dead anyway.
Furthermore, you don't have to be a dick about something just because you don't agree with it when it isn't causing you any harm. - objectivist, on 07/23/2008, -0/+3Ron Paul needs to get his own private plane.
