I pray for the poor soul who lost there life! - inactive, on 11/29/2008, -1/+19so all these guys wanted was "publicity"? What a crock of *****.
- TyroPyro, on 11/29/2008, -1/+18The "Big Picture" also has some amazing (and disturbing) pictures
http://www.boston.com/bigpicture/2008/11/mumbai_un ... - emoment, on 11/29/2008, -1/+17yeah, but more indians where killed that foriegners
- BillE3, on 11/29/2008, -4/+18And for that media attention they targeted Jews, Americans and Europeans. They found a location that was extremely easy to conduct their mission.
- sheeplescareme, on 11/29/2008, -2/+13right...at least one hundred and ninety-five people have been confirmed dead and at least three hundred and twenty-seven have been injured. out of those, only twenty-two were foreign nationals. all lives have value, but if they were simply going after brits and americans as the western msm has been hyping, the numbers would be far worse.
- sanman, on 11/29/2008, -2/+12Oh, look, here's the little bastard whose face we all got to see on TV. He's been captured alive:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzy9MeViv1U
Aww, and he's begging for our compassion and understanding. - inactive, on 11/29/2008, -0/+8This is EXTREMELY bad PR for Al Qaeda and related terror groups. This type of *****, along with hiring unemployed people in Afghanistan to throw acid on the faces of little girls walking to school, will backfire. Once the US is out of Iraq, recruiting is going to dry up for Al Qaeda and their group will begin to go into decline, even as they are hunted down. I cannot imagine that Bin Laden himself would be happy about an attack like this. It's a disaster for their cause in the long run.
I offer my sympathy and support to the people of India. - inactive, on 11/29/2008, -3/+10I think you should double up on the tin foil caps.
- BillE3, on 11/29/2008, -2/+9D'oh..it is war...They (Islamic Jihadists..etc..) declared war on the civilized world in the last century.
- RNOblivion, on 11/29/2008, -0/+7195 people killed... makes me sick.

There's a picture of a terrorist. - DreamSpirit3, on 11/29/2008, -0/+6Words alone cannot describe these pictures.
- sanman, on 11/29/2008, -1/+7His name is Azam Amir Kasav:
http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/ms ... - janatanews, on 11/29/2008, -0/+6Inter Services Intelligence, ISI, is a the Government of Pakistan's Intelligence Units. They have been overlooking, supporting and mobilizing the terrorist, without directly involving. This is what can be termed as "State Sponsored Terrorism". FBI has been late to recognize the facts - however, they now have the information. Barack Obama has this information.
Unfortunately, Pakistan government should realize that they are creating a monster that can eat themselves. ISI, a government wing keeps trying to divert these terrorist elements against the westerns and India. Otherwise they will explode somewhere. - eigenweasel, on 11/29/2008, -7/+12Remember, not all Muslims are terrorists. (The others lie to us about Islam so the terrorists can do their work.)
- deadapostle, on 11/29/2008, -2/+7I hope that you're right, but I think you're wrong.
- extravagant, on 11/29/2008, -1/+6very sad.
- ronygenius, on 11/29/2008, -1/+5i wish you were there ... so that you could see the terrorists for yourself
- RabidAngel, on 11/30/2008, -0/+4Not sure why you were dug down becase I was thinking the same thing. However, allow one small correction of that image: the rifles they are holding are FALs which fire 7.62x51 (.308 with more powder) rounds. They can "reach out and touch someone" at well over 500 yards. It's an extremely combat-tested weapon that is considered the best MBR (Main Battle Rifle) ever. So they aren't totally underequipped, compared to any country *other* than what you are used to seeing in America.
The level of growing technological divergence in this world is astounding when you think about it. - inactive, on 11/29/2008, -2/+630 seconds of looking and I came up with these.... suck it.

http://www.impactlab.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/1 ... - sanman, on 11/29/2008, -0/+4No, AlQaeda is trying to provoke India into mounting a troop buildup on the Pakistan border. This would force Pakistan to deploy troops on its side of that border, by pulling them away from its northern areas, so that military pressure is taken off Taliban and AlQaeda, allowing them to have free run of those areas.
AlQaeda are very clever bastards. - inactive, on 11/29/2008, -2/+6Sources? And real ones, not more ***** from the tin foil brigade that tells us 911 was an inside job, Kennedy was a cover up, NASA never went to the moon, ect ect ect.
- valkyries, on 11/29/2008, -2/+6there were photos of them since day one... some of them looked pretty doped up
- Eagle193, on 11/29/2008, -3/+7I pray for the improvement of your grammar skills.
- danielman94, on 11/29/2008, -1/+5Just saying, most people in America already can't locate Pakistan on a map. Also, based your comment's grammar, I'd guess that you can't locate it, either.
- deadapostle, on 11/29/2008, -0/+3It makes me wonder how anyone was able to tell the difference between the good guys and the bad guys.
- ortucis, on 11/29/2008, -0/+3Why? You do know that you can't send them angry emails after they are dead or in the prison, right?
- coldkodiak, on 11/29/2008, -3/+6India a nation with several nuclear bombs should bomb Pakistan, a country with several nuclear bombs.
I think you're on to something here... - FountainDew, on 11/29/2008, -0/+3@frankymint, you obviously never heard of the Kashmire conflicts, nor understand the Islamic fundamentalism movement brought over by Saudi's Oil-funded Missionaries to the poor and uneducated parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan (a.k.a. the Wahabi Madrassa's). I feel sorry for your lack of information.
- rmaiya, on 11/30/2008, -0/+3OK here is the big picture, and its complicated, but if you read through it, you will know whats going on at a high level and how several countries are involved.
1. These Islamic terrorists want to convert entire world to Islamic world. Just listen to all the bin laden, al zawaheree's speeches.
2. There is also a international balance-of-power aspect to this. USA doesn't wont China to emerge as a super power bigger than itself. However China wants to become one. Now, as a strategy, US is getting closer with India, and to counter that China is getting closer to Pakistan. If you doubt it, just remove the paint on all those Pakistan's weapons, you will find "made in china".
3. Now, US also wants Pakistan to help its own war on terror in Afganistan and root out bin laden. So, US paid 10Billion dollars to Pakistan. But what did pakistan do? it used most of that money to buy weapons from China. So, US still have to work with Pakistan. Pakistan isnt stupid, they did probably use 1 or 2biliions to kill some of the terrorists to show to US and get some more money.
4. India has business interest in Afganistan, where they can make a ton of money by building infrastructure. And also gets a strategic upper-hand with its enemy Pakistan. Obviously, Pak doesnt like that, so its ISI bombed Indian embassy etc to scare Indians in Afganistan.
5. Pakistan being an islamic state, obviously want to support all the islamic movements and its well known that al-qieda and other terrorists are enjoying what Pakistan has to offer.
6. And because of #5 and #1, other islamic countries like Saudi Arabia, Jordan etc all give financial support to Pakistan and its ISI(pakistan's intelligence). Now, as you already know these arabs get money from all of us who pay at the gas-pump.
What Americans and the west can do at the least:
1. Start pushing for alternative-energy and stop money reaching to these terrorists.
2. Support strategically and financially those countries that loves the Western-style of living(hint: India)
3. Try to reduce buying Chinese, I know its all over the place but try to limit it.
BTW, all those points not only help countries like India become more powerful but would eventually help keep western-style-of-living. - misilman, on 11/29/2008, -0/+3Its the first round, they no have enough money to get anything in the "buy zone".
But eitherways, COUNTER-TERRORIST WIN. - frofisrael, on 11/30/2008, -0/+3the only terrorist who was arrested himself confessed to being trained by and commissioned by Lashkar e Toiba (LeT) for these attacks. Indirectly Pakistan backs LeT in their mission of dividing Kashmir.
- counterplex, on 11/30/2008, -0/+3I'm glad the really disturbing ones are blacked out and you're given the option to show them. Those are the pictures that make you realize the true magnitude of the number 195.
- Medicamusic, on 11/29/2008, -1/+4The actor's story is quite amazing. I couldnt even begin to imagine. Awful.
- sulthernao, on 11/29/2008, -4/+7More likely it will be exploited by the right to start a war or enact laws against Muslims. There should be better security, but let's not act zealously.
- wright3279, on 11/30/2008, -0/+2And it will KEEP happening.
- deadapostle, on 11/29/2008, -1/+3Check this list|:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_designated_te ...
There are a heck of a lot of Islamic groups in there, but there are also a lot from other places in the world. It doesn't include people like Timothy McVeigh or Cho Seung Hui, who are considered "lone-wolf terrorists," but there is a link to a few of them, too. - andyb747, on 11/29/2008, -7/+9...but recently, all terrorists are Muslim.
- deadapostle, on 11/29/2008, -2/+4The caption says that these soldiers are in a sniper position
http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2008/11/29/article- ...
The likelihood that they'd hit their targets with those guns from that distance is rather low. I'd imagine these guys would have been more responsible for friendly fire accidents. I don't know what kind of autopsies there will be for a great deal of these victims, but I believe we will find out that an unfortunately large percentage will have been killed by India's anti-terror squads. Who knows? Maybe I'm wrong. I just feel that after seeing enough images of people who went out to defend against the gunmen/bombers, there wasn't sufficient training, support, and appropriate supplies given to them. - wright3279, on 11/30/2008, -1/+3I'm afraid there will be those uninlightened who will not accept him as the next messiah as most U.S. voters did.
- inactive, on 11/30/2008, -0/+2It is a war. Its America who came late to the party. India has been facing this kind of ***** since the 1980's.
- FountainDew, on 11/30/2008, -2/+4Ever heard of Sectarian violence? Not all terrorism is religious attacks. Violence comes in many flavors, and terrorism just happens to be a common tool. To say all Muslims are terrorists is like saying Catholics and Protestants never had violent conflicts.
- andyb747, on 11/29/2008, -1/+3you registered today so you can post your ***** take on things but the truth is you should be happy you have internet access you third world loser. I bet the village you live in doesn't even have running water ;)
- frofisrael, on 11/30/2008, -0/+2And after they have converted the rest of the world to Islam, they will turn on each other because violence is in their blood and in their genes. Violence is the only purpose for which they live.
- ortucis, on 11/29/2008, -1/+3Do you guys seriously believe that this guy can ever stfu?
- frofisrael, on 11/30/2008, -0/+2Go back to sleep and dream your fantasies!
- ortucis, on 11/29/2008, -0/+2Here's another report: "SunnyLoki is a ***** retard. Block him."
- ortucis, on 11/29/2008, -0/+2Kinda looks like franky here. Look closely.. closlier..
- RabidAngel, on 11/30/2008, -0/+1Yes. Most likely well beyond our lifetimes and/or until a catastrophic SHTF scenario occurs. As their level of organized activity grows, the level of restraint from the rest of the world will diminish. Right or wrong, we (non-muslims?) have engaged ourselves in a global war that quite possibly may never end until someone gets button-happy.
