Filipino nurses at a disadvantage under JPEPA

Philippine Nurses Association says that even after passing the Nurse Licensure Examination, pinoy nurses will be treated as mere trainees in Japan and could be sent back if they fail to pass the Japanese Nursing Exam in 3 years.
